What is Our Program?

On our program, you control your levels of insulin and balance your hormones by eating certain foods in the right combination at the right time. This prevents inflammation at a cellular level and has the potential to protect you against cancer, heart disease, arthritis, Alzheimer’s and other life threatening illnesses

The first phase of our weight loss program is the Acute Weight Loss Step, which lasts until the desired weight loss is attained. During the initial consultation you will be evaluated and examined by the physician and an individualized weight loss plan will be developed for you based on your medical and weight loss history.  You will then be evaluated on a weekly basis to monitor your progress and provide you with ongoing medical and dietary support.

The second phase of our weight loss program is the Transitional Step in which you will be medically supervised and guided on a weekly basis while being introduced into Zone Wellness. You will be provided with the tools and strategies that lay the ground work necessary to help you live the life you have always wanted and stay at the weight you have always wanted to be.

The third phase of our program is the Long-Term Maintenance Step that keeps you from repeating past failures, regressing to previous dietary habits and mistakes, and gaining back the weight that you have lost. During this phase each patient is monitored by a member of the medical staff on a monthly basis and is continually provided with the knowledge and support necessary to live a healthy life.
